Powdery Sweet Perfume - No Patchouli - PLEASE Help Me Find

Hello Noses,

I have been looking (unsuccessfully) for a feminine or gender-neutral perfume that is powdery (think baby powder) that also smells sweet.

I LOVE vanilla and honey.

I love Benzoin and Frangipani.

I also love Lilac, Violet, and Magnolia.

Patchouli will ruin a fragrance for me, I am allergic to Oakmoss. My dog (Yes, my dog!) is allergic to Musk Mallow, aka Ambrette.

Juliette is straight powder; very cozy. The Kayali is definitely sweet, vanilla, and with a little bit of something else (floral, musk maybe.)

I appreciate your reply so much! I tried the Juliette one and liked it but it lasted for such a short time on my skin that it wasn't worth it to buy it. Oh, it must have been so fun to be smelling perfumes. Such a fantastic way to spend time, at least for me. I could stand there forever just trying and trying scents until my nose is numb 😄 The Kayali sounds great. I am keeping a list and Vanilla will go on it. Thanks again.

@SkyOcean I think it sounds like it might be similar to what you want; it opens up slightly sweet but quickly dries down to a more powdery scent thanks to the Cashmeran in the base notes. There's no musk to it, no spice; it's altogether pretty straightforward.

*Also, just a heads up--when you're replying to people, you'll want to add the @ symbol in front of the Community username or that person won't actually get alerted :).

Lavender Vanilla Spray from BBW smells extremely clean and powdery.

Also I wear so many vanilla fragrances I'm kind of bored of them, however, I feel you might enjoy

Nemat Vanilla Musk Oil mixed with Kayali Vanilla 28.

There are some discontinued powdery violets like TF's Violet Blonde, Guerlain's Meteorites, Penhaligons' Violetta
I'd try looking for rice or iris notes as well

I am going to try the Lavender Vanilla. The BBW one has to be rubbed in (it is a pillow mist/body spray) but Victoria's Secret has one that looks promising. Thanks.

I get what you mean about becoming bored with vanilla fragrances. That is why I want to add the powdery, lavender aspect.
