Citrusy fragrance that doesn’t attract mosquitoes?

Hi,

I am traveling to India and everyone is warning me of mosquitoes. I usually wear Chanel no 5 but I read that mosquitos love it, and that fragrances with citrus and lavender tones are less likely to attract mosquitoes.

What are your recommendations for citrusy perfumes?

Definitely, that’s the plan. I just don’t want to smell like mosquito repellent but also don’t want use a perfume that would counteract the repellent. I read that citrus and lavender would be my best bet.

It has Cedarwood and cinnamon which repel mosquitoes. I don’t know if it’s a very summery fragrance but it’s an option. You could also just buy some essential oils and make a blend to wear on your pulse points during your trip.
