Looking for foundation

My skin is dry all the time. I am looking for foundation that good for my skin and brand not tested on animals. Can someone recommend some to me? Thank you!

I currently use Urban Decay Naken Skin foundation and absolutely love it! I'm not sure if they test on animals.

I have dry skin as well and MAKE UP FOREVER ULTRA HD is the perfect foundation! Lasts long, doesn't appear patchy, and looks glowy! I love it

I've heard really good things about Tarte's Rainforest of the Sea collection, although I'm having trouble finding it in my shade. Personally I use Cover FX's Natural Finish Foundation, I'm not sure if it's really that hydrating (my makeup remover could be doing all the work, I can't tell), but I'm happy with it! (Tarte is cruelty free but their parent company, Kose, is not. Cover FX is both cruelty free and vegan!)

josie maran vibrancy foundation! argan oil infused so its very hydrating and gives you a glow. but more importantly cruelty free!
