    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you normally put in your hair after you condition your hair in the shower? For me personally, the better I got at sealing moisture after washing my hair the longer my wash and gos last.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're not familiar with it, look up the LOC method. I didn't start following it until recently but it made a huge difference in how long I can go without having to refresh or wash my hair again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
