Same issue. I've tried clearing cookies and switching browsers. When I switch to US they all show up. Its just CA site

Same problem. Even images from my shipping email aren't there. It's a broken image. Is someone looking into this??? Thank you.

I'm having the same problems today, trying two different browsers on two different computers. Broken images on one computer and a full on 'Access Denied' when I type in sephora.com on the other. Hopefully the issues are resolved soon. 😞

I was getting the same thing all day as well! I switched browsers, deleted all my browsing history, and even got the access denied error on chrome and safari. I thought it was just me. I've been having more problems on sephora in the past couple months than I ever have, which is why I haven't bought anything in a while.

Canadian customers are less important than American customers apparently.
