Hey there looking for skin care, routine and skin care recommendations that are safe while breast-feeding, but will help refresh my skin, my dull complexion and signs of aging starting!

@eerrii2 @Have you talked to your OB GYN? You can continue with your skincare routine that you had while pregnant.

@eerrii2 I would love to give advice what I used when pregnant and breastfeeding but I’m not a medical professional and neither are other members on here. We wouldn’t want to recommend something and something happen.

@eerrii2 My wife tried to keep up with her routine when she was pregnant but kept it simple for time-savings and to avoid certain active ingredients from affecting her and our kids both during and post-pregnancy. She definitely paused her use of retinol products. Cleanser and moisturizer made up the bulk of her routine to remove excess oil and dirt and keep her skin hydrated. Take note of the active ingredients in your skincare and speak with your OB or other medical professionals about them and what should and shouldn’t be part of your routine. I hope you’re able to find some answers!

Definitely bring this up to your doctor @eerrii2 , @SportyGirly125 mentioned this, but we're not medical professionals so hopefully they can steer you in the directions of safe products too use. 🙏💗
