Beauty bag cancels all other Beauty Offers.... (??)

So, i was waiting to get my pay to get a few things, and i also wanted to select a few Beauty Offer items, but then..., Sephora removed ALL of them and replaced them with those bags?????????

Not everyone will like whats in those very bags, and now every other item that was available is gone.

This is a bad "practice".

While those bags have alot of items in them, why remove every other single Beauty Offer items??? Just why??

They cant all be sold out. I wont and just dont believe that.

Oh well, another bad call from Sephora.

I agree! This seems really weird to me too. 🤔

I love trial sizes - I have very sensitive skin so I’m picky with what I try, but on the plus side the trials have introduced me to products I would not have been confident ordering full sizes of without them It’s so odd to remove that choice - not everyone wants a bag of random products!!!

@Emy10 I'm not sure what is meant by cancel each other out? You can generally only add one Beauty Offer at a time (the bag of samples is a Beauty Offer with the code SAMPLELOVE). You can either put in that one or one of dozen or so that are listed in the Beauty Offers tab (e.g. LOVELAMER, CTFACE)? @Pokopippitypop

Only the big sample bags are showing up in the Beauty Offers right now - at least for me. So when I check the BeautyOffers tab, I only see SAMPLELOVE listed - and nothing else!

I’m not seeing LOVELAMER or CTFACE at all.

I’m guessing it’s the same for @Emy10 ?

Weird, @Pokopippitypop. I'm seeing everything but the sample bags both in the app and in a mobile browser...

Yeah, I'd assumed since this was posted in the "Oh, Canada" group. Strange though. But, I can add other promos to my cart, and I posted a picture of them, so maybe try inputting some of those codes, @Emy10?
