Anyone else in Toronto notice their packages are not shipping from Mississauga anymore? I usually get my items within 2 days (or 3-4 days during VIB sales) when I order...but I see my last 3 orders are being shipping from Richmond, BC now (what the heck!?) and I ordered it last Friday and Monday. Why?????????

I don't live in Toronto, but I think they recently opened a second warehouse in BC, so depending on which warehouse has inventory, your order ships from there. I've also had my order split between 2 different warehouses recently.

I've had the same thing happen to me as well. I use to get my order in 1-2 days and now I have to wait 7+ buisness days to receive my order. Packages are taking longer to arrive than the estimate provided on checkout.

At these speed, I might as well just order from ULTA in the states

@mmmiu Certain brands have been shipping from BC for a while now. I dont like when my order splits into 2. So far I've only taken notice that Hourglass and Charoltte Tilbury ship from BC. So I'll buy CT from Holt and Hourglass in store. Anyone have any other brands they notice ship from that warehouse?

I ordered ysl slim matte on Wednesday this week, was shipped the same day and delivered by CP on Thursday.

@GG84I think because I'm in Alberta, 90% of my packages get shipped out of BC warehouse since the new warehouse. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the brands I'm ordering or just logistically, the BC warehouse is in closer proximity. I'll have to pay closer attention in the next while!

I also think it’s a combination of proximity and inventory. I had an order split about a month ago. Half came from Vancouver and half came from Mississauga. Being in Toronto, obviously one came way faster.

In Ontario, we are spoiled. Most retailers base their warehouse here (Aritzia and Lululemon being exceptions) so I can get most packages in 1-3 days. It always took my mom in BC 4-5+ days to get Sephora orders in the past.

@GG84 my Sephora Favourites sets have always shipped out of B.C.! I believe I also had some Morphe come from there as well. I wonder if it may also have to do with stock for GWP promos, because with the Morphe some came from BC and some came from Mississauga, the only difference being a promo GWP.

@mmmiu My packages used to always come from Ontario, and within the past few months I've noticed they come from Richmond. I'm in Vancouver, so I LOVE the change, as instead of getting mine 5-6 days after I order (I never used to get 3 day shipping), It's sometimes next day.

@Lisa1989 All your items or just certain items? I order frequently, 2x/week usually and I'm in Ontario. I just notice it's certain brands.

I looked through my way too many purchases... my Bite Beauty purchase and my Ole Henriksen New Year's set shipped from BC.
