I justed started using the garnier micellar water waterproof (its the light blue one). soak a cotton pad and hold it gently on your eye for awhile then wipe. Works good so better than the new URBAN DECAY makeup remover.

I wish micellar water didn't burn my eyes lol, everyone seems to love that! I use the Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm: https://www.sephora.com/product/take-the-day-off-cleansing-balm-P126301?skuId=886267&icid2=products%20grid:p126301

It's so simple to use, just massage a little bit on your eyes and let it sit a bit then rinse. This takes it all off! Not just hard to get off mascara but all makeup. It's pretty amazing and a little goes a long way!

I love PHILOSOPHY Just Release Me™ Dual-Phase Oil-Free Makeup Remover. I have super sensitive eyes and it doesn't burn or irritate my eyes. I haven't tried the others that the other lovely ladies have mentioned but I also soak the cotton ball. Hold it over my eye lashes for about 30 seconds, wipe, and my mascara comes off just fine.

I use loreal micellar water and eye make remover. Fresh soy cleanser is great too. I have tried the Clinique make up remover balm but not a fan. Sephora waterproof make up remover is good for really dark mascara but it's oily. I use it only on days when i am wearing heavy eye make up which is rare.

Hey there. Have you tried the Face Halo? I just received mine and so far so good. I like it because it removes makeup with just water. Right now I have eyelash extensions, but I still am using mascara on my bottom lashes and it works great.

I find that, especially given the influx of eye-makeup removal liquids on the market, it's easy to forget that your applicator matters! Tissues and even cotton balls/pads can pull apart or roll up during use, making the removal product ineffective and irritating your eyes. Personally, I'm a big fan of the Shiseido cotton pads, which have a silky feel and are padded enough inside not to crumple up under heavy waterproof makeup removers. Beware of rough drugstore cotton pads where you can see the fibers matting up.

Honestly hon, just use coconut oil! It's multi purpose, so there's a good chance you already have some lying around the house. It's messy, but if you put a little on your fingertips and rub them over your lashes, the mascara melts right off! Side note: a little goes a long way with this stuff so be careful how much you use 🙂

Any oil based eye makeup remover and follow up with Purity face wash. 🙂 That usually does the trick for me. With my hands, I use Neutrogena oil cleanser first and then follow up with purity face wash.
