So I am a teenage girl and have no idea what a good mascara is because I have had many before and none of them have been great so if anyone recommends any brands please let me know

@Makenzismith for budget beauty I like Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect. My fave is Thrive Causemetics Liquid Lash Extensions.

Finding your favorite can take some time @Makenzismith

What have you tried so far and what didn't you like about them?

Things that can help are:

An Eyelash Curler, if you don't get enough lift from your mascara and using a light zig zag motion to apply mascara. I like to hold my lashes up for 10 seconds with my wand to help give my lashes a little lift boost. 👌

And Finding the right color, for me I prefer a deep brown for my everyday shade.

I use rare beauty. It doesn’t last to long but it’s a great choice. I have used ILIA and it is good as well.

Ok, I love mascara. I use elf, which goes on as a thin layer just for a light layer. I use rare beauty and tarte for a thicker layer, and I use Rimmel London for a great overcoat. Clear mascara separate your lashes so I do that cost to give my lashes a fuller look. hope this helps!

When I use makeup, I tend to go on the more natural side, and if that is what you are going for then I highly suggest MasterpeiceMAX from max factor X. It is not clumpy and is super affordable as well.

Lancôme mascaras are really good and to make sure it make your lashes look clumpy you can rub the wand on a tissue or the inside of the tube.

Not sure what your preference is for coverage or price @Makenzismith but I love as a natural but inky black look. It’s wonderful on its own for a coat or 2 or used over other mascaras. It also comes off so easily. I also find buying minis work best because they don’t dry out too quickly and aren’t a huge commitment if you don’t like it.

If you like a tubing mascara is another good option .
