I have semi-thick brows, so they’re a little difficult to tame. I ABSOLUTELY love the NYX laminating setting gel in dark brown, but I hate how it causes breakouts around my eyebrows. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations like this that could be tinted or clear!?
