It’s almost the new year again (thankfully)! What brands are on your list to try out next year?!

Lisa Eldridge is top of my list to try!

Unlikely because of the price but I’d love to get my hands on an augustinus bader sample!

@Kim888 There are several brands I'm planning on trying in 2021. and several new skincare products from The Inkey List, The Ordinary, and Biossance. This is a great thread. Thanks for creating it. I'm sure there are many others but I can't think of them.

@Kim888 I'm very curious about Bobbi Brown's new brand, Jones Road. I'm not fond of the brand's "clean beauty" approach (they call out petrolatum as an ingredient they proudly exclude... ugh... trying not to go off on my "petrolatum is not dangerous" rant again 😂), or the silly "the world doesn't need more makeup, it needs better makeup, so please buy this makeup we're adding to the makeup already on the market—and remember, it's not really additional products, it's better products" vision statement. Yeah yeah, "but her point is to reduce the amount of makeup folks need to use"... by... selling them more makeup.

But I do respect Bobbi as a makeup artist and I'm intrigued by her new no-makeup makeup offerings. So, next year I might try her mascara, a liquid shadow, and a Miracle Balm shade.

I'll have to think more about other brands I'm interested in for 2021.

@Kim888 I just checked out the Lisa Eldridge brand. Those colors are gorgeous, especially the reds. Im sure the formulation is fabulous, at this price point. Looks like a great brand!

@Kim888 Fun thread! This year I have to buy a few things here and there from indie brands like JD Glow or Sydney Grace (already excited for the Temptalia palette collab!) but also from a couple of more prestige brands that I haven't coaxed myself into spending the money on thus far.

@SportyGirly125 I think you'll love Victoria Beckham, too! When I purchased my VB, it was between VB and CDP. Thanks for your note on CDP below! I'm definitely trying some products in 2021.

I would like to try since @SportyGirly125 is always raving about it. But it is very expensive, so I'm not sure if I really will. Otherwise, I'll just wait and see what comes out next year.

@Titian06 I would try a sample and see if you end up liking it. It is expensive but you don’t need a lot to cover the whole face so it last a while especially if you like to mix foundations for a custom finish.

@tjffc Oh man! The dior backstage is great. My only issue with it: the spout/dispenser. It's a hole so caution when pouring. Otherwise it's a favorite. It's long lasting without heaviness.
