Cover FX - discontinued or rebranding?

I'm guessing Cover FX is either being discontinued from Sephora or they're doing a rebranding because everything is on sale. Oooh! Maybe this means some cover fx will start popping up at some Winners!

I really hope they don't discontinue Cover FX. Cover FX products are not as "interesting" as some other brands, but almost all of their products are solid good products. I was already disappointed that Shoppers don't carry then anymore, if Sephora discontinue them as well I'm going to be really sad......

Someone heard from a Sephora employee a couple of weeks ago that they’re removing Cover FX from their lineup. They’re only going to be available at ulta from now on

When I was last in a Sephora a month ago, I was told Cover FX had been removed from all shelves in the Los Angeles area. That seemed a big step.

Also very disappointed. and very disappointed that there was no warning that they were going to be discontinuing. this seems to be a problem with Sephora. I also used to buy at Shoppers but now will just go back to buying directly from CoverFX.

Yeah, I went 2 stores after I saw the sale, confirmed with Sephora employees that CoverFX is completely discontinued from all stores. I might as well just find a corner and cry 😭 I still prefer stuff to be available in store, CoverFX right now is only available online at their own website.

There seems to be fewer and fewer reasons to shop at Sephora. If they start carrying Dr. Jart and/or Fresh at Ulta, I probably wouldn’t even bother.

Beautylish carries Cover FX along with a lot of other killer brands. I often get my Jeffree Star stuff from there too 🙂

You should check out Beautylish! Now that Sephora doesn't carry Cover FX (my primer, foundation & setting spray), I really don't have much reason to shop with them anymore. Beautylish has a lot of brands that Sephora has never carried like Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Good Molecules, etc, their shipping is super fast, & they let you break your orders down into payments!

I know this is old, but I wanted to comment that I used to only shop beautylish for all my makeup. I've only been shopping at Sephora for the past 2 years or so. I would get things from time to time from the store, but I didn't really shop Sephora online as much as I do now. I love beautylish, but they don't have the same selection Sephora does. They do have better policies and customer service though! They never have sales, but they do let you break up your payments which makes it a lot easier to pay for expensive products. I was looking today for some coverfx powder foundation on sephora, and I noticed the brand had been discontinued or something. Does anyone know why?

So I don't know if you'll see this but I wanted to try other options due to this and other companies not being able to find why Sephora discontinued them i thought maybe product quality and was scared to get at ulta or amazon. But the truth is even I gave in and bought at Amazon because hands down its the best foundation for my skin. Lil laugh but yeah I have super sensitive skin but also in my 38 year never put much makeup didn't realize until my boyfriend was like read the ingredients of all of them and your skin is sensitive and cover fx says in the ingredients its vegan lol 😆 I was like omg duh you just helped me lol. Any way getting back to letting you know I found a thread stating from an employee replying that new management took over a couple years ago and starting issuing fines to whom did not meet the restocking quota and the old management wasn't so hard on it. And cover fx had branch out to ultra and ultra wanted full stock in all stores so for whatever reason they weren't doing the same for sephora so they pulled out. In my opinion I do think sephora is a little over rated and show more love and promotion to celebrities than other brands but thats my opinion. Their nice and great but thats what I noticed.
