Technically there is no limit. We usually try to keep it to no more than three per world because if you’re going beyond that you’re creating too much confusion for yourself. For us samples are really meant to represent a test to make sure you’re not having a reaction or for you to see wear time for a day more than actually results from a product. The goal is if you have a sample and get no reaction or it wears fine, you’re coming back and purchasing that product.

I feel so embarrassed to ask for samples at my local Sephora but my love for make-up is so much stronger 🤣. Is there a limit of in store samples I can ask for?

@Anonymous
Three from each category:
Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance

So you could have 3 from each of those. Those are the ones they bag up. Other kinds? I'm not sure, I usually ask and I walk away with not much tbh. But we have a teeny tiny store that rarely gets promos or samples.
