The Submission must not contain any images of medical conditions or claims of medical effectiveness, or any critical comments about other images posted on Sephora’s Gallery or their authors.

The Submission must not contain any advertisements, "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," “spam” content or references to other products, offers or websites, or any other form of solicitation.

The Submission must not contain any email addresses, URLS to other websites, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact or personal information.

The Submission must not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

Your Submission otherwise complies with Sephora’s Terms of Use (http://seph.me/VTDbQH).

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Submission that does not comply with these Submission Restrictions or that Sponsor otherwise deems to be inappropriate in its sole discretion. In the event of disqualification, the Submission will not be entered into the Sweepstakes.

By uploading a Submission, each entrant understands and agrees that the entrant’s Submission may be accessible for viewing by the general public and any such posting will be deemed made at the direction of the entrant within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (US) and the Communications Decency Act (US).

Only one entry per person is permitted. Use of multiple email addresses/accounts to enter more than once is prohibited. There may be only one (1) named entrant for each Submission, regardless of the number of persons who may have contributed to the creation of the Submission.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on January 16, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on February 11, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on February 11, 2019.
Selection of Winners: Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on March 1, 2019 and will be notified by email. Potential winners will be required to provide Sponsor with their full name, mailing address, telephone number and/or date of birth, and may also be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Canadian potential winners must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in the manner specified by the Sponsor. For US residents, if the value of any winner’s prize is $600 or more (or $500 or more if Puerto Rico resident), the winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes, and complete (if requested) a W9 form. @SephoraBIC I'm looking forward to reading some great tips!

I don't have a clock or television in my bedroom and charge my cell phone in my washroom to avoid going on it.

I use my google home mini to play relaxing sounds such as ocean tide or rain forest and set it to a timer. I tell myself I have to stay awake until the sounds turn off - reverse psychology. I never do. I figure i'm likely asleep within 5 minutes.

I do my nighttime routine, put on a sleeping mask, dim the light and hold my little boy until he falls asleep and then i drink a glass of water, say my prayers and sleep 😴😴

As last step of my evening skincare routine, I love a good sleeping mask. My most favorite is the glamglow thirstymud. I use a good layer and leave it on through the night. My skin feels amazing and hydrated. It also smells good. Makes it easy to fall asleep. I also use laneige lip mask... And I have a toddler at home who keeps me so busy that usually I don't have any problem falling asleep, I have more troubles staying awake 😉

I stay up until I feel very, very tired, and then put Bite Agave Lip Mask on my lips and go to bed. If I am not really tired yet, I read until I fall asleep. The room is cool, dark, quiet.

My cats are purring or sleeping. Sleep follows.

I've been playing with scents lately, spritzing my pillow before lying down. I've been using perfume samples I liked but that didn't wear well on my skin, but I recently got a sample of This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray too. Wow, it smells amazing and is so soothing...really seems to help me drift off.

Own a cat - or, in my case, two, lol!

I’m not an instant sleeper and when I can’t sleep, I’ll putz on my phone. My cats on the other hand have noooo trouble sleeping, ha! The very moment that I crawl into bed: They’re there! They’ll instantly find a path to my arms or pillow, invading all of my personal space, ha! And, I love it! They remind me to put my phone away, to get comfy and to rest. Their purrs, warmth and furry cuddles makes it soooo easy!

Second tip: For a more sound sleep, keep the bedroom temperature cool if you can.

Lastly, I always keep a BKR bottle full of water, by the bed, to hydrate when I wake up. 🙂

@SephoraBIC I always make sure to put on beauty oil YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Superberry Hydrate + Glow Oil as the last step before I go to bed as well as LANEIGE - Lip Sleeping Mask on my lips and spray my face with CAUDALIE - Beauty Elixir to wake up to hydrated, glowy, plump skin and lips.

I diffuse or apply essentials before I go to bed. Depending on my mood, I create a mix using lavender, chamomille, eucalyptus, cedar wood or pine. I am also trying a sample of It Works Sleep Plus + Pillow Spray. I will report back!

I SWEAR by rolling lavender oil on the bottoms of my feet. I also do this to my baby girl & she’s been sleeping 10-12 hours straight since two months old! Lavender oil is my MUST have for much needed beauty sleep (+ a good face oil or sleeping mask!)💗😌😴

I use a meditation app and sometimes enter virtual reality via Oculus Go (incredible immersive meditation surroundings). I also love ASMR binaural videos to relax. Sleep quality and meditation are Important to me in 2019!

I sleep my best if I work out 30-45 minutes about two hours before bed, wash up, and then use or k. I go to bed feeling healthier and refreshed; I wake up with soft skin. If I had a particularly rough day, I throw in eye gels for a while before using the oil/mask. I keep gels in my fridge for an extra cooling effect. They do occasionally come out mid day too since I primarily work from home. Overall, it’s about destressing.

I second those that say cats help and lower the temperature. I can’t sleep if my feet are hot and cats are perfect nighttime buddies.

When I can’t sleep or not tired enough, I do a very simple Yoga pose called Corpse. I lay flat on my bed, hands at my sides relaxed facing up and my feet completely relaxed and breathe deeply, focusing only on my breath. This is so relaxing that within 2-3 minutes I can get comfortable and fall asleep. When I do this I usually have the best restful sleep compared to when I don’t
