Missing Groups/Threads?!?!

Is it me or is there something wrong with the BIC? (.....no, not that 🙃) I mean I can only see the "Trending Now" group and its threads. Where are our community threads (specifically The Party Thread but also Peeves 2 and Random Thoughts)??? I keep receiving email notifications that I have been tagged (Party Thread) but when I venture here said thread is no where to be found.

Initially I thought it was the ~~insane~~ volume of new threads pushing it off the front page but it is literally NO where; only threads within "Trending Now" are showing.....

Help or haallllllp, graci

@ElleElleGsomething is wrong... I've been posting a lot of updates in different threads and none of them are showing on the main feed.

TY @ElleElleG Yes HELP (halp lol) us please! They are usually in the main feed and now I have to use the search bar to find my favorite threads.

The conversation feed went completely empty just after midnight Pacific, so I figured they were tinkering. Looks like they're either still working on stuff, or else they broke something. As we near the 12 hour mark without it coming back fully, I'm going with "it's broke" 🤒

Hopefully it's temporary, and hopefully the fix comes sooner rather than later. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is a small glitch on the road to removing CS from the main feed. Wouldn't that be lovely? 😊

@ElleElleG no idea. I just use the search bar to find them.... All I know is that I post something and it's not showing in the main feed.

Oh really @RGbrown ?? I was happy that I didn't run into a sea of Customer Service thread but not if that means we lost some of the heart and soul of BT in the process.

I sure hope you are right that this is a temporary glitch!

I think one of the mods mentioned that isolating the CS feed off the main page was not a simple/quick filter thing so I'm hoping you're right and we're just in process!

You can still go into each group and see threads there...most groups just aren't hitting the main feed for some reason.

Or you can search for each individual thread, as @veronika23 is doing.

Hot mess is what it is.

@RGbrown Tried that prior to posting, no luck. I also followed the link sent to my email & was redirected to the "Home" Page

edit**: I can literally ONLY see the Trending Now group

Wow, that's crazy @ElleElleG! I checked a couple of groups randomly before I posted that and they were fine for me. Good grief.

Lawd only knows. Leave it to sephora to make an awful change even worse 🙄

If others can see it I suppose that's all that matters. I'm done trying right now.

I'm gonna take a stab...are you on an Apple device? Every complaint I've seen about something not working in the past has typically turned out to be Apple...it's like Sephora just doesn't get around to fixing their Apple interface when they fix everything else. In any case, I hope it gets better for you soon. I'm hating what limited visibility I have for now...I can imagine how frustrated you are seeing even less. 😥
