Hi Tiffany! First off, thank you for creating D.E.!! my skin loves it so much!!! My questions are: 1) what is your personal skin care routine/secrets? 2) I read that Juju bar is not supposed to be used daily. What frequency and how would you recommend using it? 3) as someone with sensitive skin I'm using only Cleansing+B Hydra now. I have the full line and plan to add them to my routine. What would you recommend the sequence of introducing products? Thanks so much! ❤️

Hi! I always recommend that you look at both sides of the equation. What you are already using oftentimes is actually responsible for your skin issues. First check for common irritants and sensitizers…I have 6 ingredients I can’t use on my own skin for that very reason and so I formulated Drunk Elephant without them. For you it might be something different. Scale back, less is more. Go very simple and basic (pH appropriate cleanser, single ingredient oil) and see how your skin responds. From there, you can better tell what you are dealing with. Try taking a clean break with the Littles, a full set of the Drunk Elephant products that you can use as an entire system. Good luck! xxT

I have a face mask called Babyfacial that I'm proud of. I also am working on another mask that is more hydrating, but has some special anti aging ingredients...it's in progress. I'm super excited about something I'm launching next fall...can't tell you but it's very different. Thank you! xxT

Hi,

I use all DE and I mix everything up and use what I feel like my skin is in the mood for. I've gotten very in touch with my skin since I stopped using the ingredients that I felt were keeping it in a confused state. Juju is exfoliating so use it 1-2 times per week. You don't need more than that! I would go slow on the acids until your skin has adjusted. Just take your time, there's no rush. Less is more when it comes to skincare. I would mix the day serum with the hydration and oil, always wear Umbra and at night mix TLC, Marula, B-hydra and top with Lala for extra moisture. That's it! xxT

Hi,

I use it as the last step and I find I don't need a moisturizer if I add a drop of Marula. I always use a pump of B-Hydra as well plus the C-Firma under my Tinte. You can skip your moisturizer, but listen to your skin. It knows more about what it needs than I can tell you. xxT

Congratulations! You can use all, except, ironically, the Babyfacial. It has 2% salicylic acid which is thought to be too high. Always check with your doc to be on the safe side! Good luck! xxT

I love the Pekee and Juju travel bars - I just wanted to make a request/suggestion that you could maybe add a little travel box to your line that would fit one and/or both of those for travel. Bars are so convenient and I travel a lot, but I would really appreciate a container that would fit those perfectly. Thanks for reading!

Hi Tiffany, thank you for being here! I'm moving into my late thirties and beginning to notice some fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes (the start of crow's feet, no doubt). Do you have any products you recommend I use to combat this?

Of course. All of the pH levels are listed on my website and also on most of the packaging, and will be on all soon. pH levels are a big focus for me, as I feel they can make or break the effectiveness of the product and your results. For example, an AHA that is too low can damage your skin, if it's too high, it's totally ineffective. Thanks for your question! xxT

Thanks for taking the time to chat with us!! I'm always unsure what order is best to use the products in! Do you recommend the T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum and then the Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil and moisturizer last or should I switch the oil and serum?
