Hey Jackie! Congratulations on the launch of the shade extensions! I was happy to see your face on the gondola. I was just wondering if you would consider ever teaming up with Too Faced again to order the shades from deepest to lightest on the actual gondola? I see a trend in brands like Nars, Clinique, and others ordering their shades in stores this way and would like the see it happen especially for the shades you worked so hard on! Love you!

best way to match a foundation? what do you match it to? face, neck, chest or wrist? these are all options I've been recommended and it's confusing to know what's best/true.

I just have one question: I had put Too Faced in the penalty box for a while, along with some other brands... when I saw you had decided to collab with TF I decided to give them another shot. Hi! Thanks for answering our questions today! I'm the kind of person who mostly wears light BB creams, so concealer is super important in hiding imperfections. I shy away from putting concealer under my eyes because I have some lines that cause quite a bit of creasing so it ends up looking a little bad. I was wondering if you had any tips to avoid that from happening. Thanks 😄

Hi Jackie! I’m a huge fan of yours and always find your videos helpful because we have a similar skin type. Lately I’ve been struggling with my concealer application. It always looks super cakey or patchy no matter how I apply it (sponge or brush). I was wondering if you had some advice for me (a beginner) with just perfecting my base makeup in general.
