Thank you so much for coming by BIC! I love your products and have had really good experiences, in particular with the products for acne. I was wondering if you could make some suggestions for an easy routine for me. I have a tendency to overdo and then underdo my skincare in a terrible cycle. Right now my chin is super congested and on the verge of a now-rare breakout, and I am looking to finally (at 31) get into a good routine. I have large pores and mostly combo skin, leaning to the oilier side for summer (all the shine!)

Thanks again for any advice you can give! And thanks for creating such excellent products!

Hi Kate! I love the Goat Milk line and like many others, I was so sad when you discontinued the cleanser. Do you have any plans to bring it back in some form or another? Pretty please? Is it true that products with oil will clogged your pores if you were to have an oily face? So for an oily face do you need to use oil free products?

Now that I've entered 30+ territory I have noticed that all kinds of powdered makeups just don't work for me (gets in creases, not cute). I don't mind having a dewy look but later in the day my nose gets greasy. What's your advice for non powder ladies who want to avoid oil around the nose?

Hello and Thank You for taking the time @katesomerville! I have been getting recurring pimples and whiteheads on my chin and nose. I use your ExfoliKate Cleanser in the morning and a spot treatment but is there anything you recommend to solve the issue more long term.

Also, has the formulation for the Quench Oil Free Hydrating Serum changed in the last year? I used to love it but it feels different now. Thanks!!!

I get this question all the time! Make sure you apply your Retinol first on the skin and then layer your favorite moisturizer right on top. You don’t want to dilute your Retinol so make sure you let it dry down for 2-3 minutes before you apply your finishing product. Xo Kate

Hello! Love your line. My skin has been breaking out lately. Nothing crazy but some pimples in places I never got them before. I went to the dermatologist and they just wanted to give me retin-a. Do you have any suggestions? My skin has always been so clear and I’m kind of freaking out now. Thanx!
