It’s the best time of the month, time to talk about our monthly favorites! We love hearing about Community members’ holygrails and we’re so excited to know which hair, skincare, fragrance, and/or makeup products you’ve been reaching for most in June. We are starting this thread for you all to share new treasures, trusted holygrails, rediscovered old loves … we want to know it all!

@GeorginaBT! Hi. My vote is f Jacobs Matte Gel Eye Pencil in Whirlpool. It is such a fun summer (and every season, if you like) color, it is has strong staying power. If you want to go swimming in the salt water, just layer it over a strong eye base and your eyes will look exactly as they did before your swim! I ❤️ it!

Just a couple of favorites this month -

Natasha Denona Sunrise Palette - This is such a great little palette! I liked how it’s smaller than her other 15 pan palettes and therefore a more affordable option for people. I’ve used it for low-key looks and brighter looks. It’s been a lot of fun to play with.

By Rosie Jane Leila Lou - Such a fresh, light, and beautiful fragrance. It’s so perfect for early summer as the weather warms up. I love how it totally reminds me of a relaxed, sunny afternoon with notes of grass and white florals, but it’s just sweet enough to not smell like lawn clippings.

My new absolutely favorite find this month are Lancôme LAbsolu Lacquers!! Rose Talisman is the most gorgeous shade and it lasts all day! Loooooove!!!!

My post-skincare undereye heroes during this insomnia ridden month:

Highlight, conceal, set.

Details:

- I own 3 shades but most often use St. Barths. These are all easy to work with: buildable and blendable, with a lovely finish that’s never chunky.

- This is my color corrector shade, Truffle. I’ve used it a lot this month to mask extreme undereye darkness caused by sleep deprivation.

By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder - I might’ve listed this as monthly favorite before, but it deserves repeating. I use it to set my concealer, but it also locks down winged liner (liquid or pencil). As teeny an amount as I use each time, this jar will probably last me another 2 years, if not longer. 😄

When covering just my tear troughs this month, I’ve applied concealer, then tapped a bit of highlighter over it, then set it with powder. But when my entire undereye is dark, I apply highlighter first, then concealer over it, and then setting powder. For me, this works really well with Radiant Creamy: it makes the concealer more radiant but not super highlighter glowy.

My “can’t believe they’ve been discontinued” sentimental lipstick streak:

WHY, MAC. WHY.

MAC Liptensity lipsticks - Of all the Liptensity shades I own, these are the 4 I’ve worn most lately: Stallion, Blue Beat, Claretcast, and Cordovan. This is my favorite line of MAC lipsticks so ouch, MAC, right in the heart. 💔😭 At least I managed to buy some backups before the whole line disappears. But MAC had better replace Liptensity with something amazing.

Skincare favorites:

I’m surprised they both work so well for me!

- I’m on week 3 of once a week use. My skin’s tolerating this serum much better than I expected! No angry red rebellion, scaliness, or itchiness. I’m sure layering The Ordinary Buffet over it has helped. I think I’m ready to up my use to 2x/week.

SUPERGOOP! - Acai Fusion Lip Balm SPF 30 Deluxe Sample - An SPF balm that doesn’t smell or taste like sunscreen! Who knew it was actually possible? 😄 And it works great under lipstick. When I wear it without lipstick, I sometimes top it with a very thin coat of Aquaphor (my usual “lip balm”) to avoid the drying I sometimes get with SPF balms. But overall, it’s fantastic.
