I've thought of this .... I think since your birthday is only once a year you shuold get free gift wrapping and miminum of 25 % off any purchase .

I would like to see *much* better 100pt and 500pt perks. The 500pt perk has to be a large kit with several FULL size products. Sephora gets the little deluxe samples from companies for free and giving us those as perks is just lame.

The birthday gift is very cheap, and should be a $25 giftcard instead. And not a "this much off with this much purchase" just an actual $25 Sephora giftcard. Thats nothing compared to what most of us spend here.

I agree with everyone about the $25 Gift Card for Birthdays. I would like to see a larger 500 point gift. I just received the Laura Mercier gift and I was disappointed at the size of the products. They were pretty small. I would also like to see a 1000 point perk gift as well as a 1500 point perk gift.

Someone else mentioned the Skin Care Rewards Program that you all had awhile back. I would like to see this program brought back, but I would like to see five or six choices of products to choose from.

I have seen where places give a discount for example on a cup coffee if you buy a coffee mug from them and present it at check out. What about having a special Sephora makeup bag (purse size) that you can purchase and then when you present the bag to the cashier in the store you can receive a percentage off of your purchase?

I also just received my year of membership as a VIB....10% off my next purchase it great, but I think a free gift should come with this as well. This free gift could be a sample bag of 10 of Sephora's best sellers or it could be of a free delux size product.

Free shipping on orders $25 or no minimum at all. Nordstrom recently started offering free shipping on any order. I'd probably spend a whole lot more if I didn't have to meet $50 minimums for free shipping (because I always use a promo code for a free gift).. or free shipping for VIB's with no promo code.

More 100/500 pt perks, as stated before.

More Beauty Insider only items.. I've never seen any of the BI products. It always says that they're out.

Automatic free samples inside stores. I always forget to ask when I'm there.

Hi,

I would like to see some kind of cash back, like 5% on the purchases so that it can be utilized for future purchases, rather than a points program, as everyone's requirements are different according to their skin type, and it can't be categorized under 3 samples to be chosen from during checkout for 100/500 points.

There's more than 600 points in my account but I can't find something I want/like under the offered samples/perks.

You should look into ebates. Right now Sephora orders get 8% back! I just recently learned about it on this board and I've already "made" $14.70, $9.70 of which has already been "paid" to me.

Very true, even I dont find the 100/500 points sample/perk useful to me. I am not liking this points program. I have seen several other beauty sites offering cash back on the purchase and it makes much more sense to me.

You advertise in your perfume catalog the Miss Dior perfume, Even give a 'sample' of it, (NOT the cherie version) when you only have Miss Dior Cherie available at all locations, including online. It would be great to not have to wait 30 minutes to be told to go to Nordstrom and buy it.

I understand that Sephora is a business and therefore they need to make a profit. A business strategy is though, o use perks to lure people in. That is a tactic Sephora has been using, and very well, in my opinion.

If I were to add perks, I would make it so beauty insiders get extra choices for the 100 and 500 point rewards.

I understand that they can't have many products be exclusively for us, because they would make less money than just offering it to everyone. Maybe instead we could get "previews" of items, so we know about it, and then it goes up to everyone 2 weeks later.

Also, it would be fun if they offered gift wrapping during December if you shopped in stores. I would pay extra, even, to get that special feeling of someone wrapping it so you walk out of the store with prewrapped gifts.

I do appreciate the perks now, but having some more would be beneficial in my point. Sephora could advertise these new perks as

New Beauty Insider Perks!

Best time to sign up!

and such. It would gain more beauty insiders, who generally buy more so they would gain more profit. You get what you give sephora.

better and bigger samples. i have sensitive skin so i can't enjoy free samples of bubble bath or perfumes or new exfoliating creams....

More offers for Canadians, please! I can't even tell you how many times I've gotten excited about a new offer, only to be disappointed after reading the fine print...

I think the birthday gift card is a really good idea, too.

Oh, and being able to choose 3 samples in-store like we get to do online... I always have to ask for samples when I buy something, and then they just grab one random thing and throw it in the bag. It's not always something I'll use, but I don't want to be annoying and ask them for something else. But that's not really a new benefit, I guess, just something that I think should be done differently.
