Monthly Faves: April 2025!

Hiya, BIC! I hope spring shopping szn has been treating you well. 🌷🛍 It’s been busy over here at Sephora HQ – but don’t worry, I’ve still found time to walk over to the closest Sephora store on my lunch break to swatch all the latest beauty goodies IRL. Me? Obsessed? Yes, yes I am.

Even with all the fun store newness and Sephora Savings Event hauls to keep me entertained here on the BIC and on social, I found myself reaching more for my existing collection this month – and my April faves reflect that! Hydrated, sun-shielded skin, a simple slick-back, and a fool-proof blush have been the keys to my low-maintenance spring look. (Don’t ask me why it still takes me so long to get ready, though).

This month was kind of a whirl wind, wasn't it? And starting off with the Spring Sale too, it was a rush for sure. 🛍️🌪️ Some new goodness landed in my life. I'm taking about the gentle sweet scent of . It might not have a far reach but I love how sweet it is and that I can wear it out without it overpowering any sensitive noses I run into during the day.

What else I've been reaching for this month:

I've actually been using this for my dark circles and I feel like it's working well 💜

Now this is a definite skin smoother.👌A++

How are you enjoying that SPF @AlexBT? I was seriously window shopping it for awhile during the sale. 🔎 Also, is that a custom lid I spy? 😍

@CynthieLu Love these faves! Those PTR eye masks are new to me - I just wore the gold ones today (I keep them in my kitchen fridge, so I often forget they're there LOL)

I like the Kosas SPF, but as an oily girly I feel like I need to mix it with something more matte (like ) to find a good custom middle ground for my skin. I don't know if mixing SPFs is technically advisable though so don't quote me on that! 😅

And yes we got custom lids at our employee event last October! Cute, right? 💎

Ahhh thank you for that, I think a dry skin girl like myself would do really well with that sunscreen. 🌞
