We’re here at the end of April, and it finally feels like spring! This month, I was lucky enough to take a little break from my desk and take a quick vacay, and in the spirit of packing light, I did some cutthroat prioritization with my beauty routine. What’s the one blush I can’t live without these days? What’s the best goof-proof liquid liner that I can apply with a quick flick? What’s the smallest, cutest powder compact I can possibly find? 🤣 April has been all about the on-the-go essentials for me… but they’re not just for jet-setting!

It's that fun time of month again! Ooh I agree, on the Gucci Blushes @AlexBT My favorite of that line is the it plays really nice on my fair complexion, like a natural flush 🥰

And a big yes to those Baggage Claim eye masks, they are 👌 fantastic!

This month, some New to me loves:

(and 2 , I mix them to make my skin tone)

It's sooo easy to wear this foundation like balm, it dosen't feel heavy and it lasts through a hot kitchen work day. Important note, It's not as grippy as the universal was for being a stand alone primer, but still quite good! I have dry skin so as long as I have a good moisturized base, this balm is the bomb 😍

I grabbed this last month, and it's been on my lips soo much I almost fished the tube. It has a sweet colour pay off and it feels nice on my lips. I like the I can wear it without having to worry about how it dries down or fades out, it just leaves a light stain 😄

and a I loved you for a long time is:

I love this serum for its multitude of benefits for my skin and how well it plays with other parts of my skin care ✨️ It's a product I recommend to alot of people 🩵

@CynthieLu It's amazing and a game changer. I use to use q-tips to clean out the hair but the brush and tip of it makes it so much easier.

@AlexBT - Your picture is so pretty this month. I agree, the is a fave for me too. I haven't had an opportunity to try any of my new products, so they may be on next month's list. This month I'm in love with . It's the first bronzer that's light enough that I can actually use it on my pasty white skin as an all over color to bring life to my face. Most bronzers I wear as blushes because they are to dark, but make great earth-toned blushes.

@AlexBT Is it as tiny as the sample with points? That one is so super cute! It has everything, like the big one, but it is so so so little! I don’t want to use it, so cute it is! 🥰

@AlexBT I keep seeing those Gucci blushes in everyone’s favorites, month after month. I will need to get me one! I am adding new favorites to my already existing loves list. This month I am loving my new a lot. This is my first Valentino lipstick. The formula is excellent. I love that they have these mini versions because the regular size is quite pricey.

I have also discovered Make Up For Ever lip liners. I got enabled by @dimesandnichols and it is absolutely awesome!

I am also deeply in love with So soft and so flattering! I would bathe in it!

I am loving (thank you so much @TeamBIC for sending it so I could try it!!), specially as lipstick. I am amazed at the pigmentation and how beautiful it looks and how comfortable it feels on the lips.

And moving into a different category, I am in love with It smells awesome!!!

@AlexBT Now that I don't have to wear a mask anymore at work after 3+ years, I've started doing my makeup again. And I really appreciate my removal products - like PC Gentle Touch and DHC Olive Cleansing Oil.

Speaking of wearing makeup again, many of my co-workers have not seen me with makeup since they were hired during the pandemic. So, I got some nice feedback on my makeup - I keep it simple, but it can do a girl wonders. BUT, there's always that one snarky person. One said to me, "You look DIFFERENT without your mask" which I took to mean that I look way better with makeup. And I agree. But it was such a left handed compliment. I thought of the perfect thing to say back hours later - "You look the same."

Meanwhile, that coworker's last day was today. She lasted only months.
