Hello, February! 😍 It’s the season of love, and we enjoyed hearing how you all celebrated V-Day in @Kim888's thread: Whether you spent it with a special someone, your family, your favorite gals and pals (or maybe your Valentine was the mail-person delivering your latest Sephora order? 🥰), I think we can all agree on one thing – our love for all things beauty is what unites us here in the BIC! which I ordered immediately after I tried a foil sample I got in a recent Sephora order.

which is just so pretty, and I love that Gucci lipsticks tend to last a while and aren't drying.

which is perfect for dry, winter lips.

@txcatx Love the Fresh Sugar lip balm line! If I wasn’t such a massive lip balm addict it’d be the only thing I buy but… I have about 6 tubes of random balms in different locations and it’s a bit pricy to do that with Fresh hahaha.

@AlexBT I finally tried Aquaphor and I must say I'm obsessed. I really enjoy the texture. Great for dabbing on my lips and upper lip area in the evening. And it cleared up a crack I had on the corner of my mouth. I've also been using it around my nostrils to keep dryness away. I already bought a second tube. Many thanks to @WinglessOne for mentioning it.

@SportyGirly125 Yessss I'm still loving my La Mer Illuminator, which you inspired me to try! I love mixing it with my foundation. And the same tube has lasted me a long time!

@alexasteph Same! My sister-in-law gave me a mini set of the Fresh lip balms as part of a Christmas gift, and I have them scattered in different locations. I haven't used the Fresh lip balms in a few years and forgot how much I love them!

This month:

-Truly Acai Your Boobies: I’ve been using this more on my chest/décolleté and have enjoyed the results so far! I originally wanted to dry the Truly product specifically for the neck and chest, but Ulta was out. The ingredients in this sounded like it would achieve the results I was hoping for, and they seem to be.

-Verb Ghost Oil: I love how soft and smooth this makes my hair.

-Surratt Artiste Liquid Blush is Classique: I’m on a liquid/cream blush kick lately (feels like it just look more natural to me), and love the flush of bright pink this gives.

-Juicy Couture Oui Play Blooming Babe EdP: I’ve been LOVING this bright floral citrus. It just reminds me of carefree summer evenings.

-Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Essence: The extra moisture has been fantastic.

-The Inheritance Games: LOVE getting immersed in this new(ish) YA series. I’m almost done with the first book, and have the second sitting on my side table ready to go haha. If you enjoy YA this is definitely one to read. The third (and I think final) book will be released in August.

-Riley Thorn and the Dead Guy Next Door: Oh what a fun story. If you’re on Kindle Unlimited and want something lighthearted but a tad meatier than a quick read (it’s over 500 pages on paperback which I feel is long for this genre) I cannot recommend this one enough. I left a quick halfway through review in the BIC Book Club Thread. I mean frankly, it’s worth a physical copy buy so even if you’re not on Kindle Unlimited buy it anyways. Borrow it from the library. I don’t care. Just read it and fall for Nick Santiago (he’s not the dead guy - don’t worry) as hard as I am hahaha.

@AlexBT The Hourglass Ambient Lighting blush line is one of my faves, I just haven’t tried their blush sticks yet. I’m sure I’d love those too!

My February favorites: I'm sorry if anyone hurts their neck trying to look at this image.

- I wore this last week and that was the day my husband asked, "Why don't you have any wrinkles?" It really does seem to smooth and tighten up the skin, and I don't say that lightly.

This trio smoothed my hair and gave me well-defined curls. The only thing is, I did apply the Curl Creme (which is unscented, by the way,) on soaking wet hair, and added more water to emulsify it. I ended up going to bed with wet hair, but it looked good in the morning!

- I didn't like this the first time I tried it, nor when I took it on a trip. I figured I would just keep it in my travel bag. I pulled it out to use it one day after using my Rephyr lash curler (also featured.) Now, I love it!!

Rephyr Fan Brush- Just a nice, soft brush for applying highlighters.

I wish I had discovered these two fragrances sooner. Osmanthus is such a soft, powdery, lightly floral scent. Bergamot Soleil is the citrus fragrance I had been hoping to find.

@alexasteph My book club chose The Inheritance Games for an upcoming month...as soon as I can get it from my library's ebook holds list! It looks like a fun read, and I'm excited to start this one.

@txcatx I definitely prefer getting books from the library or through Prime/Unlimited but this series felt like one I needed in my permanent collection. Thankfully before Valentines Day both Target and Amazon were having buy 2 get 1 free sales on books, so I got a good deal haha.

So glad you are liking the new Wander mascara @AlexBT, thanks for the tag! I have actually noticed when I stop wearing it for a few days that my lashes don’t keep growing or look as full/ long so I def think it works! ( also, ahem, I love the Hourglass stick blush! 😂 Give it a try too! 🥰). I need to post my favs too so great reminder! And now I’m wondering about the Bite liner! 🙃
