Monthly Favorites: November 2021 Edition!

It’s not very often that I completely overhaul my standard beauty rotations, but this month I unexpectedly found myself reaching for several different products that are completely new to me! I’m curious if any of you had similar experiences this month – fall in love with newness you picked up during the Holiday Savings Event, perhaps? 🤩 Keeping in mind that the holiday gifting season is right around the corner, the Beauty Insider Community is especially curious to know: what beauty products have you been loving most this month?

This month I'm loving the cozy fragrance which I picked up during the Rouge sale. Also, moisturizing products are so important this time of year, and I've been using the First Aid Beauty cream that I got in the , also a Rouge sale find. Finally, I've been liking blotted red lips that stay put underneath a mask, and my current favorite shade is a mix of MAC's D for Danger and Russian Red.

@GeorginaBT My favorite for the month is the Kopari Ultra Restore Body Butter w/ Hyaluronic Acid. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy afterwords, has their signature coconut milk scent and hydrates my dry skin.

@GeorginaBT Now that it's cold out I've been appreciating more. I just got a bottle where the color was very bright, but it doesn't seem to have affected how well it works.

I used my sample packets of and . I loved their performance! Together they really did add volume to my hair.

The fragrance was also lovely; it seemed different than the original Ouai styling products from a few years ago (or maybe it's just my memory.)

I would definitely buy these if they didn't set off my asthma. 😞 The scent lingered until my next shampoo, which was amazing.

Two favorites this month are for its balm-like texture and lovely red tint and for its citrusy and light patchouli (not heavy and incense-like) scent.

A few items I’ve enjoyed and that have stood out this November are , in Oui!, and .

I began using the eye cream as part of my nighttime routine, and while I don’t know if I’ve been using it quite long enough to see dramatic anti-aging results yet, it’s been very hydrating and non-irritating.

Oui! is one of my favorite basic everyday shades, and I’ve just been reaching for it a lot. The Hourglass palette was new during F&F last month, and I’ve liked using it so far! Hourglass cheek products are some of my favorite so anytime I can get and use additional shades I’m pretty happy about it.

I think that I found my new favorite mascara thanks to ( hope that I tagged the correct product). It is . My coworker actually asked me if I was wearing false eyelashes. I was going to point out the kit but unfortunately it was sold out on line.

Before I put on eyeshadow, I like to use . The product is absolutely amazing as it lets whatever eyeshadow I put on the lids, stay perfectly on the lids. I have a problem with creasy lids and this helps a lot.

I don’t know if there’s anything that I tried this month that I didn’t like tbh. I am thankful that I was in a position to buy so many new things this month and try so much new stuff that I’ve barely had a chance to use products consistently for them to be favorites but I know what I like when I try it, usually right away.

and the light version as well. I haven’t had a chance to try the shadows on either the face products are beautiful, the highlighter is stunning.

- just stunning.

- my first large Huda palette, really pretty shades.

The Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Highlighter is also stunning. It appears to be sold out on Sephora US now.

For lips I’ve been really liking the and the although I’m not sure they’re quite at “favorite” level yet.

has been awesome and it makes me want to buy full sizes of her products.

Super happy to have the jumbo and a backup of the as both are delicious smelling and staples in my routine.

November 2021 Favorites

I'm generally not a blush person but the easy-to-use, cream-to-powder, silky, smooth formula and the gorgeous colors in the won me over instantaneously. I might not have tried this particular Spiced palette on my own but for TeamBIC including it in a very generous gratis package; thank you again @TeamBIC! 🤗 These shades look beautiful whether applied with fingers or the (also received as gratis).

Most of my favorites for the month revolve around fragrance and a candle of some sort will likely find its way into my monthly favorites for fall and winter. smells divine - refreshing, spicy, warm and cozy all at once. Perfect for the holidays! Thank you @GeorginaBT for recommending this one!

is makeup, skincare and a mineral sunscreen (yay!) all rolled into one - what's not to love about that?! It gives a natural finish and has some solid lasting power with minimal transfer, even when I have my mask on and off throughout the day. I also love that it's a mineral SPF that does not leave a white cast or lean greige.

I have wanted to try a few of Killian fragrances from The Liquor Collection, so when I saw @pocketvenus and @Margalee post about the set Re: Kilian Sampler Set - Beauty Insider Community (sephora.com), well, that was an easy decision to make. Discovery sets like this one have always been a favorite of mine - to gift to others as well as to myself, the latter providing a form of self-care and stress relief during this pandemic. I initially planned to try out the scents quickly and pick up my favorite during the sale, but since receiving the set, I've just been taking my sweet time going through these fragrances.

I discovered Jo Malone Mimosa & Cardamom after my favorite JM scent had been discontinued, though it can now be purchased direct from the JM site - thank goodness! It took me a little bit of time to warm up to the scent but now I really enjoy the blend of warm, spicy, woodsy, fresh and floral. #has been an occasional treat; I may give the a try next.

The Sephora cream blush palettes are among my favorites of the month too @itsfi . They’re lightweight, easy to blend, look great and last all day. PS I’m bitter about missing out the Killian mini set 🤣😂

Thank you @makeitup305! 😊 I've picked up some fun treats along the way this year, but I think this Killian Holiday Miniature Set has been one of my most favorite purchases. The packaging is absolutely stunning! I did a quick pass of all the fragrances and they're all quite lovely - that's not helpful! My initial favorite was Angel's Share and that's still the front runner. 💖
