Updates to Community within the Sephora mobile app!

Hey BIC! The Beauty Insider Community portion of the Sephora mobile application (available for iOS and Android) has undergone a pretty significant makeover, and we’re excited to share it with you all today.

First, you’ll notice that Community is now featured on its own in the bottom navigation bar of the Sephora app to the right of your profile. Within the app, the BIC is now more accessible than ever!

Unlike before, the ability to tag products, threads, and other Community members is now available right in the Sephora mobile app. Just as on desktop and mobile browsers, you will also now be able to format your posts right in the app text editor. Of course, with the new ability to include tags and format text, Community forum posts will now also display with correct formatting in app! We’re pumped that this means no more blocks of text (🙏) and that you’ll be able to open product tags right within the Sephora app to see additional product information or add to your basket!

This is so cool! I've been a long-time fan of Sephora’s digital innovations in the retail space.

Recently, I’ve been studying the Beauty Insider’s Online Community (Mobile and Desktop) and found out a few aspects that can be improved to elevate the customer experience and amplify the potential of social commerce. I was wondering is there a place I can submit the feedback to?
