Hi lovelies!!

The amazing Katie on IcanGWP just posted a thread with a whopping **42** of the newest beauty advent calendars for 2017. There are tons of fab options, including the always great Look Fantastic calendar, and a new, never before seen Harrods calendar, which is the one I am eyeing! The Look Fantastic calendar is available NOW for pre-order, which is - *cough*- what I just did.

Here are a select few from her post. Check out the blog to see which ones are available to Europe, US and Canada.

Amazing!! Thank you for this thread @Smeegle. 🙂 I always look forward to advent calendars every year. I'm very curious about the Sephora one that was posted in the Holiday preview thread. I also typically love Charlotte Tilbury's (although it's a pricey one)!

I have to ask. I have been so curious. Beside your beauty status \"rogue\" you have a \"rising-star iii\". Please explain the second denotation as I am an \"rookie i\". I am fairly new to Sephora community. I understand the \"insider-rogue\" categories but do not have a clue to the other. Help. Thanks ❤️

@Leahderamus The second rank is your Beauty Insider Community "rank" which is an indication of your participation/contributions to the community, reviews and beauty looks sections. We all start at Rookie and as you participate more, you'll advance through Rookie I, II, III to Rising Star I, II, III, etc. The highest level is Boss III (I don't remember if there's a level between Boss or Rising Star). Hope that helps.

Hope I can explain this well :). The other title is based on your activity on the different "social platforms" Sephora offers. So that means the BIC forum (here), reviews, the gallery and maybe the live chat but not sure about that one... The more you participate in any of these the more your title will change. So you'll go from rookie, 1 to 2, to 3 and then it changes to rising star (1, 2, 3) and so on. No one has a clue how it changes but it just does with activity. Many of us here are long time members and had a Hall of Famer title prior to the change... now we are all rookies again... well I guess mine has changed now. lol 😄

Me tooooo!!! I obsessed over the Liberty one last year, and now the Harrods one has caught my eye. The Diptyque one is so mysterious- no news on what the box contains as of yet..

Haha good idea! we should really look at what is inside to see if we need/want to try the items inside before going ahead and buying! Often it is the just the hype and the holiday season atmosphere hype that gets many of us!

One of these days I will make a trip to the UK just for the Liberty Advent Calendar! Haha! It is definitely the mother of all advent calendars.
