It would be cool if Sephora had an outlet but I don't think I've ever seen one. Here in Canada there's a full retail Sephora inside an outlet mall. Well nothing strange about that since they open new locations all the time, the thing that caught me off guard was the location, Jersey Gardens Mall. I grew up in Jersey and still haven’t changed my primary address (family home) on my account since moving to the City which is why I’m assuming I got this email. But this mall is an Outlet Mall which would be a strange location for them to open a full price retail store in.
