What is the biv/biv ruge sale and how long does the sale run for and how do you get items 20% of and are there certain items that you can use points for?

Hi @Anonymous

There are 3 levels at Sephora depending on your purchase activity: BI, VIB, and Rouge.

BI: everyone that joins and has an account

VIB: when you spend $350 in a year, you become VIB

Rouge: when you spend $1,000 in a year, you become Rouge.

For sales, it is good for all items, and it starts for Rouge first, then it opens up to VIB and BI.

For the August sale:

20% for Rouge good from August 25 - September 3,

15% for VIB good from August 30 - September 3, and

10% for BI good from August 30 - September 3.

As for your points, you can only redeem them from the Rewards Bazaar.
