WOW thank you so very much @SephoraBIC, @DrunkElephant, @MaisonMargiela, Living Proof and @SoldeJaneiro for this amazing gratis that just arrived! I am looking so forward to trying out some new and exciting products and reporting back. The Maison is already in use...and is the perfect spicy-lemony scent I need for spring🍋🌱 Love the test strip included with the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Triple Detox Shampoo, I can already guess the condition of the water, so it's going to be fun to see the results! I have not tried the DE A-Passoni Retinol Cream yet, so after a bit more research on how to introduce my skin carefully to retinols (after a recent not-so-good intro :D), I will report back. So excited that a baby B-Hydra is included in this box as well! As for the new Coco Cabana...my skin is going to LOVE this hydration!

After 30 minutes I removed the When and patted on a bit of Then I squeezed about 2/3 of a pea-size amount (or a baby pea-size) of the into the palm of my hand with a good dollop (1 pump) of DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream. I didn’t detect a scent at all and blended it together before applying to my face. There seemed to be a lot, I had extra to reapply to my forehead, chin and nose (I didn’t want a second layer on my cheeks; one still is a tiny bit hurting from my last retinol exposure). It’s soaking in well, no tingling except for a bit of remaining irritation from the modeling mask.

Today: No pain on my cheeks or temples, and no redness either. No visible difference in my skin tone but I wouldn’t expect that after only 1 diluted use.

@eshoe Let us know how the retinol works! And godbless you if you can stick to one face cream for a month consistently. I know next to nothing about skin care so I'm always trying everything to see what works or cover my bases because FOMO!

Congrats, @eshoe! This looks like a fun set of things to try out. I'm curious about the DE myself. Some retinols are too much for me, and I haven't noticed tremendous results from others, so it'll be interesting to see more about this one.

The DE is meant to be - it’s like they somehow knew about your post on the masking challenge from this morning 😂😂that SDJ is gonna be perfect - I’m jealous I just redeemed a bunch of points for the little minis that I keep scattered in my house, car, gym bag, purse.... can’t wait to hear alll your thoughts!

@eshoe , A huge congratulations on being selected for such an amazing collection of gratis! It's great that active members of the community are being recognized for their contributions.

I recently got a sample of the my local Sephora, and a knowledgeable skincare cast member gave me the following tips to ease the product into my routine:

-Start with using it only once a week to see how your skin reacts to the product.

-Rather than applying it as a stand-alone product, mix it into your moisturizer.

I used it once a week for the first two weeks, by mixing it into my DRUNK ELEPHANT - Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream . This week will be the third, and I've started to use it as a stand-alone product, under the Lala Retro Whipped Cream. On my sensitive skin, it turned out to be a lot gentler than the initial reviews would suggest. Looking forward to hearing your experiences with A-Passioni!

My day and night creams are set in stone (for now😂) @itscarin, at least until my skin changes. But I haven’t had much luck with retinols/retinoids to date to this will be very interesting. I know from experience that I will need to ease into it as it appears the 1% is a high dose. To be fair, my review of that product probably won’t be for a couple of months. I just stopped using another 1% retinol after a couple of weeks due to some user error which resulted in tender cheeks and temples, and I want to do this one right!
