The Sephora Love Note is a special promotion offering 10% off all merchandise purchases for Beauty Insiders. The offer is valid Friday, April 17^th – Monday, April 20^th for all Beauty Insiders, online and in stores.

Is the offer available at Sephora inside JCPenney stores?
The 10% off promotion can be redeemed at Sephora inside JCPenney.

Is the offer available with Canadian orders?
Yes! The 10% off promotion is available in US and Canada in store and online.

Can I redeem the 10% off offer be used more than once?
Absolutely! The offer can be redeemed multiple times through Friday, April 17th for Beauty Insiders, both online and in stores.

Are there any exclusions to the offer?
The offer is not valid on previous purchases or purchases of Gift Cards or eGift Certificates, and may not be combined with any other offers.

It had always been 15% off (no matter what our statuses were)...but now their company is starting to only offer 10% for BIs from now on?! Like really?! It can't even take off all of the taxes for our items anymore!!! Not to mention that there's only 1 heart for the OP!!! Keep that up along with using the recycled "Promotion Codes" as "100-Point Perks" & recycled "100-Point Perks" as "500-Point Perks" and everyone will be flocking to other retailers from this day on!!!

This Love Note event is not the same as chic week is it? During chic week last August there was an awesome gift bag with deluxe samples not to mention triple bonus points. This 15% off pales in comparison. I also feel like having to earn 100 points (typically by spending $100) to earn one deluxe sample is a rather small prize. With Ipsy sending deluxe and full samples in a cute pouch every month for only $10 monthly, Sephora will need to step up it's game to compete. I love you Sephora, and I'm just being honest.
