Hi Insider Community,

I’m a loyal Sephora customer but with the growing global concern of plastic pollution I would like to know if Sephora has a plastic-free initiative or if we could develop a product labeling to help consumers identify products without plastic packaging.

On the website they've added a recyclable packaging highlight, but agreed it would be great if there was a filter for sustainable packaging, @greenlux!!

Also, @TeamBIC, I'd love to see these highlights on the app, I don't think they're integrated yet (at least on the Android one).

I completely agree! There needs to be a section of just sustainable/recyclable/plastic-free packaged products. In addition, it would be wonderful if there were refillable options in store or by mail for products like cleanser, toner, shampoo, conditioner... Every little bit helps!
