Venting-

It frustrates me soo much that you cannot use more than 1 promo during the seasonal sale. I should be able to get the discount and a freebie for how much money I spend here.

Even if that option was only available to VIB or Rouge would be an improvement.

The point system is a sham.

The only reason I continue to buy from Sephora is the return policy.

They should really do more to appreciate their customers.

I agree. What if you buy enough that you spend more than the required spending for code? What if it’s enough to use two codes? Why can’t I used my Sephora card $10 bonus and a code? Pretty sucky customer retention plan.

I believe I could use my $5 Sephora Card Rewards with a regular promo but could not use it with the spring sale event which was a total crap shoot!
