Purchase went through on Apple Pay but didn’t get a confirmation email and sephora never received my order

This just happened to me as well. I used Apple Pay and when I check my order history there is nothing there. I never received an email confirmation either.

@mooshcake @yellanerd Try posting in the customer service thread! I purchased something today and it took a few mins to get my email. Maybe check order history again!! Good luck!

i made an order and payed with PayPal and had the same issue! no confirmation email from sephora and its not showing up in my order history ! However my account has been debited , any news?

Hello @galiaa- I am sorry to hear that! I am not seeing an order placed under your account. Do you remember if you saw an order confirmation page after you submitted the order?

hi kevin,

no i didn't, i just received a notification that my bank account was debited, no confirmation email, nothing under my order history.

i am contacting PayPal now to see if they can refund me, but its a shame because even if ii wanted to reorder the products i don't have a reference of what i ordered !

i spoke to the "live chat" here on Sephore,and they said nothing can be done since its not logged in my account even though i showed my Paypal receipt.
