Getting logged out of BT/Sephora constantly

Someone has probably already posted this, unless it's just me... 🙂

i am constantly getting logged out of Sephora and BT since the new update. Anyone else? Might this be fixed or was it intentional?

Yes! This is happening to me too. I can't login on my phone anymore and having issues on my desktop with being logged out. I find this so annoying and unmotivating.

Same here, getting logged out on every device I use. I cannot shop, or even view some of the threads on BT because of all the annoying glitches. Sephora, I hope this issue can be resolved soon!

This is happening to me too. I have also had issues typing responses, as it is like I am typing but the letters take forever to show up in the box. This is only happening on BT and Sephoras site if I am using the app.

Same here! It always let me to log in then it will give me an error page🙁 I can't even log in to shop anymore.🤷🏻‍♀️

Same thing is happening to me as well. I have my safari browser open for BT, and chrome for surfing sephora...AND both constantly log me out. On the chrome browser when i click to log in, it keeps giving me a 404 error. All the tabs are also jacked for me... I thought the old website was 10000x better - why would you change something that was working fine? this is the worst.

I'm not sure where else to put this.

This started happening on my phone more than a month ago. I updated my phone and checked my browser settings and nothing works. So it has to be an issue with the Sephora site. Now this started happening, since day 2 of the revamped website.

I know it's hard to see, but on the left corner, highlighted in yellow, it says "Return to my original page" its actually "clickable" and brings you to the BT homepage.

Maybe a Mod can foward this to the IT dept?

You're definitely not alone @SydBristow. It's worse on my iPhone but I was never logged out of BT on my PC befire the update and now I am ;(

Ugh you are not alone! The only way I could log on was going through an old tab that was already opened up on BT. I got a 404 error every time i tried to log in through BT or even through the actual sephora site with sign in to my account. Ever since the update i can't do anything off the main sephora page without getting a 404 error like typing in something in the search bar, click the basket, click on items from the just arrived section, sign in, etc. It doesn't matter what I do I get a 404 error lol. I guess they are trying to help me save money haha!

Happening to me too! I'm on my PC using Firefox and I can only sign in if I open BT, go to the top header, click on the SEPHORA header which takes me to the main page. On there I am signed in, then I back page to BT and can post and read. Super annoying. I can't shop, but I figure more money to spend elsewhere, should I want to go off my low buy! 😄

I can only think it's unintentional that we can't sign in, or sign in only on certain devices with great difficulty. Guessing it's maybe due to the trouble we had with trolls, maybe an identity check that's gone awry?

this has been happening to me too on Chrome, I have to log in through incognito mode now which is so annoying!

This bothers me too because I check the forum pretty often from my iPhone and it is very difficult to access from mobile 😞

Yes, me too! What really gets me is yesterday I was typing a long reply to someone's post only to discover it got wiped out when I had to log in again. I also miss hearting some of the posts. 😞

Same - especially when I click the link in an email notifying me that I was tagged in a post... 😞

Regardless of whether I already had a tab open in which I was logged on, I am never logged on in the new tab that pops up.... 😞
