I don't know about anyone else but I pick my samples based on products that I really want or really want to try.

I know that samples aren't a 100% guarantee because sometimes they can run out. That's what happened to me but only with one of the samples I chose and the other one is still available. If I were to place another order and picked it would I get it or will I receive something else again?

@Freckledgurl based on experience , I wouldn't count on it but it could happen. I have had many substitutes , no foils at all, and one and/or both of the foils is selected. If you really want to try something get to your local Sephora and they may be able to make a sample for you. *some products i.e. mascara, hair spray, etc. They just can't make a sample of.

Hi, @Freckledgurl ! @CorgiMommy is correct. You're better off going to a store to request a sample of what you want than try to place another order and hope you get the sample you want.

@Freckledgurl @It’s a hit and miss and depends on the warehouse it is coming from. Maybe the location it shipped from ran out of it so they substituted for what they had.

I wish I could go to a Sephora. The closest one to me is over a hour away. I can't drive that far just to go to pick up things lol

I placed another order and have my fingers crossed! At the end of the day it is just samples lol
