Is this calendar available for 2500 points a different advent calendar or the same you can purchase on the site?

I contacted customer service to inquire on this same question. They informed me that this is a mystery advent and couldn't disclose contents because they weren't aware. The client service rep honestly didn't know what it was and escalation rep gave answer to get me off phone saying they wouldn't recommend I get it because it's nonreturnable.

Do Not use points for this until you look at contents. I would have been highly upset with the contents. Your better off choosing 25 100-point items. I will be getting the $100 card with my points. I was gutted after seeing the advent.

No, seriously. Its ridiculous.

It's full of sephora insider branded tools that are poorly manufactured- loose threads, dents, smooth plastic is warbled and wavy, parts that are glued together are crooked, off-center, or ill fitting. Theres only one item that could loosely be considered makeup. The other 24 days are tools. They even split up a pair of tools to fill two seperate days, lol.

I didnt expect much, but this is far worse than I ever imagined, and definitely not as advertised. "Makeup, skincare, and tools"- nope, no actual makeup or skincare- just tools for makeup and skincare. "Not sephora brand"- every item is branded with sephora.

**UPDATE TO POST BELOW** Sephora made it right! They found a way to get my points back and I could not be happier. The support that came from the community forum far surpassed what I got when I called. Thank you to @DaneeBTfor being the Sephora rep that I hoped to find sooner. I would still 100% say - do not get this!** DO NOT GET THIS! And for anyone who did (like myself) I’m so sorry! There is not one stitch of skin care, hair care or make up products. It is a bunch of Sephora branded tools that are minis and make no sense. They for sure are not worth anywhere near the 2500 point mark. Save your points - get minis or literally ANYTHING else. I think I’ve returned/exchanged maybe 5 products in all my years shopping at Sephora and could it have felt more duped, disappointed and really let down by their company and reps in the reward program when I called to find a better resolution. It’s literally all garbage.

DO NOT get the points calendar. It’s full of useless poor quality tools to basically wash your face 15 different ways.
