We keep our points to get nicer and bigger rewards but they are never available! This is not fair!

did I miss something, there appears to be no new rewards.

Hopefully that means on Thursday there will be lots to pick from.

I actually got the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette and bag one, kept checking my account to see why it hadn’t shipped, and like a week later they just cancelled it. Chatted with customer service on here and got nothing, and the one you get complaining on social media, ditto. Just “sorry, no guarantees.” That reward totally disappeared from the page, unlike usually when they just sell out, so it was clear they’d never even had them to offer.

Big rewards here also seem to be worth less, and there weren’t even any previewed this month. Last year was the first in almost a decade that I didn’t make VIB, mostly because Ulta has more and better GWPs, more points multipliers, and points are worth more money.
