Honestly

Im just using Tatchas gel cleanser and Tatchas Water Cream Moisturizer.
Tried using The Ordinary and Caudalie toners but they both broke me out with white heads on my chin.

@Adribubi If you're using the Ordinary Glycolic Toner its possible the whiteheads were part of purging which is a common reaction to an AHA/BHA products.

Dullness and texture is best tackled with an AHA but it might be better to go with a lower strength Lactic Acid like <LI-PRODUCT title="REN Clean Skincare Mini Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Toner 3.4 oz/ 100 mL" id="P465368_2393668"></LI-PRODUCT> or <LI-PRODUCT title="The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% + HA" id="P455339_2336469"></LI-PRODUCT> . Lactic Acid is more mild than Glycloic Acid and tends to be more hydrating - you'd only need to use it a couple times a week as well.
