Hey everyone! I'm searching for the perfect gift for my wonderful mom, who is about to celebrate her 42nd birthday. She's blessed with gorgeous curly brown hair with some highlights and has a sensitive, somewhat dry, pale complexion. With her birthday on the 14th and Christmas soon after, I hope to discover something delightful within a $20-$90 budget. Does anyone have any recommendations for skincare, makeup, or hair care that cater to sensitive skin and curly, colour-treated hair? She’s a bit picky with beauty products and already has an impressive collection due to her obsession with hair and skin. Your advice would mean the world to me! Thanks a bunch! 💖✨

Happy Early Birthday to her! I think now is the perfect time to get one of the Olaplex gift sets while they are on sale. A curly haircare win! There’s one available now that includes the full size of the Number 7 Oil, which has been so good to my own curly hair. I think they are a great haircare brand in general, and especially to anyone who has any sort of damage or color treats their hair regularly. When I had blonde hair I discovered Olaplex and now whenever I feel like I haven’t been taking the best care of my curls they help to revive my hair.

I like the idea of an Olaplex gift set, @mimileroux! I'm 49 with curly hair that I color and highlight and it definitely helps me keep my hair long because it breaks less.

I also think some lip oil kits would be nice, like or . That way you don't have to worry about buying skincare if she's picky about it.
