$100 Gift Card

How do i redeem my points for the $100 gift card? I checked the rewards bazaar on this tuesday right when the rewards dropped and i didn’t see the option for 2500 points in exchange for the $100 gift card. I thought they were offered every tuesday/thursday. Is that not the case? I’m just wondering when the next offer for the gift card will be, if anyone could let me know that would be great. thank you! 😊

@danielagrondona When you hover under your username in the top right-hand corner you should get a drop down menu, one of the options will be labeled "rewards bazaar". If you cannot locate it you can also google Sephora Rewards Bazaar and it should take you directly to the webpage. After clicking on the Rewards Bazaar, scroll down the page until you find the Rouge $100 gift (redeemable for 2,500 points).

@cxo09uf @It pops up on the Rewards Bazaar around 9 am pst Tuesday and Thursday but it sells out.

For the last 3 weeks I’ve been on the page right at that time which is 12 pm EST and I’ve never seen it. It doesn’t even show as sold out. So frustrating. Do you know if Sephora release them every week? Also, any way we can do this at the store?

@cxo09uf Sephora releases them twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), every week. You can’t get a Rouge Reward at a Sephora store; you have to get one online.

When checking the Rewards Bazaar page, make sure you scroll down to the “750-2999 Points” section. That’s where the $100 Rouge Reward will be. It should be the first reward in that section. Before you even go to the bazaar page, make sure you’re logged into your Sephora account and there’s nothing in your cart—not even free samples. You can’t checkout with a Rouge Reward if there’s anything else in your cart.

If you check right at noon ET and don’t see the reward, refresh the page a few times for the next, oh, 5 or 10 minutes. Sometimes the reward doesn’t drop right on schedule. Bear in mind that other Rouge members rack up points during sales and point multiplier events; there’s bound to be more people battling for a Rouge Reward soon afterward, if they’ve acquired enough points to spend on that reward. I usually wait til a couple weeks after a point multiplier event to try getting a Rouge Reward.

Also, try checking the bazaar at other times of day/night, even on days besides Tuesday and Thursday. I won’t guarantee you’ll find a Rouge Reward that way, but this year I snagged 2 of them that way: once on a Saturday night, and again on a Thursday afternoon if I recall correctly. The first time, I was in the bazaar looking for something else, not even thinking about a rouge reward. This reward never used to show up on random days at random times like that, so I don’t know what’s going on with that—but I’m not complaining. 😄

I saw all the new rewards drops at 9am but not the gift card, but I kept refreshing and at 9:09am, it finally showed up and I was able to get it! 🙂 Good luck to everyone I hope you're able to get one!!
