Moisturizer Gift!

Hi! So my boyfriend has super dry skin on his face. I want o get him something nice to help combat the dry skin. He tends to stay away from lotion because they make his skin too oily! Does anyone have and recommendations on a great face moisturizer I could give him for Christmas?

My bf has dry skin as well and I have been buying him the Clinique for Men Maximum Hydrator. I'm unable to get the product page to load to link it down below for you but I took a screenshot of a google image so you can see which one I am referring to. He says it's the best moisturizer he has tried without making him oily and he has tried a lot of Clinique before so I would give it a shot!
