I have had a lot of improvement from Lanćome Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Eye cream at night. I put my Dr. Brandt No More Baggage in the fridge to use in the morning. I have horrible puffy eyes from having a thyroid problem and two 12 year old boys. Also never underestimate the power of an ice mask!

Have you checked out the jade facial roller or gua sha? These two "tools" are supposed to help with puffiness and have great benefits for the face!

My twin has tried just about everything for her puffy bags and now swears by Algenist Genius Eye Cream (https://m.sephora.com/product/genius-ultimate-anti-aging-eye-cream-P388262?icid2=products%20grid:p388262:product).
