@mztm I suspect it has to do with Quebec's laws around contests which is more strict and different from the law in the rest of Canada. Quebec is usually excluded in contests...not just by Sephora but by most companies because of legalities. There are lots of articles on the topic online.

Yes! Please fix email notifications! I only get emails if tagged but not from threads I subscribe to. They stopped shortly after the BIC launch.
