I can't wait to see what comes out too! If there are base products, HUGE bonus. I'd expect that with her name, she would ensure there are colors and undertones for more WOC. I am close to her complexion; a bit darker, so I'm hopeful!

@mrsbaine I would hope so too. So far I only saw a highlighter and gloss. It be nice to have a wide range of foundations for WOC. I'm pretty pale but aware that there aren't as much foundation colors for WOC especially for deeper tones. I saw a video the other day and the girl had one of the most beautiful skin tones I've ever seen and she had a hard time finding foundation. 😞

Ppl getting their orders cancelled a few days after paying for their orders. It's was for the everything kit. One lady order the product twice and got her order cancelled twice. Look at the reviews under the kit. Ppl were also saying that Sephora deleted their reviews. I think the ladies got compensated with 250 points.

@KNC24 oh my! I heard they had problems with the pre sale... like the orders taking a while to ship from Pat's site but guess I totally missed this... or completely forgot about it. Thanks I'll have a look if the product page is still up.

Interesting @KNC24; i hadn't heard about this, but I typically stay away from reviews for this reason; I feel like (and I may be the minority) that reviews should be specific to reviewing the product and not customer service. It does speak to where we should be able to review customer service stuff. Lately, I know folks have had lots of issues with sample quality, shipment quality, and even things in their order. I guess besides calling into Care, there is no process for alerting the community to review this separate than the actual product review page.

I wonder if the product is truly out of stock and the warehouse and website just aren't in sync.

@mrsbaine I also think reviews should be left for the product itself but there should be a general place to see/discuss these issues. A place where other clients can see what happened just so they are aware... I had started a while back a CS thread to hopefully help people to know where to shop and not shop based on CS but it didn't catch on.

Renewed excitement for this launch.

Popped into my favorite SiJCP & the SA was giddy about the release of this line on the 8th. He shared that he was under strict orders to NOT open the products until the night before the release. Apparently even the sneak peaks scheduled to come out on the 6th will ONLY be of the packaging :-/. He's making the release a huge deal* at the store and mentioned all staff would be there to do demos, giveaways, etc. Not sure how much information various stores are willing to give but if you're interested try asking if your local store is having an event for the September 8th release.

Hopefully after the initial hype it'll die down enough that I'll be able to grab some of the products. I think the Mac stuff being LE contributes to how fast it sells out(though I was able to snag the last of one of her lipsticks with them).

OMG!!!! You guys! Looks like her line will include foundation! So far we had sneak peeks of a gloss and a highlighter but there will also be foundation!
