@txcatx I wasn’t very interested in this brand and I’m still not but I saw Tati posted a video on YT trying out some of their products and honestly the is calling my name now.

@txcatx @makeitup305 , Valentino direct is having 25% off for subscribers (free to sign up) and 20% off for non-subscribers, sitewide. Looks like it’s good thru end of the month (so tomorrow).

@itsfi Thanks, I saw that. I was thinking about it but the cutoff for free shipping is $100 and the shipping fee is $7 so it kind of cancels out.

Oh, this definitely changes my mind about making a purchase, too! I'm in no hurry to buy more products and will just wait for the items I'm eyeing to become available at Sephora, hopefully by the time the December savings promo codes go out.

@makeitup305 I will probably get a mini lipstick. The eyeliner looks interesting, but at that price and at the rate I go through eyeliner, I want to see more reviews that aren't from Influenster first (Nordstrom's reviews for the eyeliner were mostly Influenster). How about you?

Primer / Highlighter in Rosa

Here is basically a study in reds 😂🤦🏻‍♀️. Like most of the line considering the designer I imagine 😊. I’ve had these since August I think so I’ve given them a fair amount of time to try. 2 lips came broken so they went back but I swatched them anyway. Lips and eye2cheek have very faint scent almost nothing. Citrus floral. The Eye2cheek is soft, buttery and powdery but not too much. Lasting as well. Highlighter has faint floral scent and is not sticky at all, dries down well and really pretty glow. The lips have varying degrees of pigment and I have some def favs. Satins feel smooth tho the brighter reds tend to move around a bit more. I prefer the mattes as they are not dry matte at all vs a semi matte for sure. They feel super light yet last and no drag at all. Very comfy. All can have the prettiest translucent blotted effect with light stain. None sit on the lip at all. They melt in beautifully!

I was pretty overwhelmed by the names and formulas and then to do mini, refill or regular so I got them in a few stages! 😂

I decided to get a few large and then basically refills once I saw the minis because they are the same price as refills. Think I also did a mini bec it turned out to be one of my fav shades and wanted it for a little handbag. Packaging is lightweight except for the full size lip which is medium in weight.

Hope this helps anyone interested in the line. Most all of mine are cool toned and neutral except for 217R which is more of a rust. (The round mini 100R was a freebie with order.) The shadows and glitter pots were pretty also. Shadows a bit stiffer in the quads. Glitter took a bunch to show up. I took a few pics in Bloomies and can also find those. 😊

Thanks for the tag, @Sunnysmom ! Your swatches are very helpful. Nightfall Rebel looks much more red violet in your photo than it does in the brand's product photos, so now I'm drawn to it. I wish refills were currently available in each shade Sephora carries: I'd have no problem buying just a refill without the full case to save some money. I assume the refills come with simple caps...?

If I'm going to buy a shade with the refillable case, it'll probably be 206R Red My Lips since it's a shade of red I don't have too much of, unlike every other shade of red. 😄 (I'm still trying to declutter my reds.) I need to see it in person though, so I'll visit Nordstrom. Might end up using Nordy Notes instead of the Sephora 20% discount to get it. I considered Stellar Note but upon close photo inspection, it looks sheerer than I hoped for. I'd have to always wear it over a base coat of something.

Your Eye2Cheek shades look very nice!

Yup just the basic caps on refills. Red and at least kind of decent vs some others. I did not want to buy any more of the regular case either. Nope. Agree on the refill shades! I ended up getting some from diff spots to get as well. Grr. Lucky you to have it at your Nordies. I guess mine is getting them soon I hope but Bloomies has such a huge presence for them I’m kind of surprised. Lol.

Will be curious to hear your thoughts. Hope my swatches prove true for you too. Reds can be so strange to take an accurate pic I think! I was surprised on how some looked in real life vs what I had thought! 206 looks so good.
