I have dry skin and nothing seems to soak in, I am looking for coverage as well as some matte and a little dewy finish. I have been an avid too faced mascara user and love IT cosmetics mascara as well. The best foundation as far as cheapies go that I wear is Almays white foundation that turns the color of your skin once rubbed in. Also, I love cover girl’s trumatch. Any help</P><P>would be greatly appreciated.
