if I wear 122 creamy beige in Maybeline Fit Me Matte   Poreles, what shade would I be for the Two Faced Born This Way foundation?

There doesn't appear to be a close match based on the shade provided. Do you by chance wear a complexion product that we carry so we may look into this? We do recommend visiting your local Sephora store and a Cast Member can assist you with color matching. (:
