I don't know this for sure, but it'll probably be like the Kat Von D Innerstellar palette was and make you log in to confirm your VIB status before you can add to cart. It's marked in red that it's VIB Exclusive.

I keep reading that the palette will be available online 12/9 but not in stores. I called my local store and they haven't heard anything about it. I called the VIB rouge concierge line and they didn't know anything about the release either. I guess I'll keep checking the website for midnight east and west coast times

Darn you Too Faced, I have told myself I wont buy anymore makeup. Then there is this palette, that comes out right before my birthday. Looks like I am buying myself a little present.
