Urban Decay 'Cast a Spell' Makeover - Free??

I noticed that my local Sephora (South Coast Plaza) is having an event next Friday called: CAST A SPELL WITH AN URBAN DECAY MAKEOVER. I was wondering if it's a free makeover or would I have to pay the usual $50 makeover fee.

we had one over at my area and it's free plus you get a "swag bag"

I suggest calling the store for more information. The detail varies depending on the store. When I went to one of the past event, I was told at one store I can just get a $50 giftcard to qualify, but was told I have to buy $50 worth of product in order to qualify at a different store.
